We often like to take the ‘back road’ to the NSW Blue Mountains. The intriguingly-named Bell’s Line of Road winds through the Australian bush and farmland, offering farm gate sales and pick-your-own orchards bursting with apples, mandarins, peaches and nuts – not to mention fresh apple pies and crisp ciders. It’s great to take your time to stop off along the way and discover a new orchard on every trip. We’re going to head up that way again soon.
